Before we get into the details, we spend intentional time defining the creative direction. This phase is about clarity: how you want the space to feel, function, and come together visually. It guides every decision that follows — so when things move fast later on, we’re not guessing. We’re aligned.
CONSTRUCTION
DOCUMENTS
No one likes surprises during construction — so we plan for them upfront.
Once the design is approved, we put together the technical side of things: drawings, finish specs, plumbing + electrical notes — all the behind-the-scenes pieces that make the execution smooth. These documents help contractors price accurately, and we stay available to answer design questions along the way.
FURNITURE
PROCUREMENT
This is where your space starts to feel real.
After the design is signed off, we get to work sourcing and managing the actual pieces — furniture, lighting, decor, and more. We handle all the moving parts: budgeting, purchasing, tracking, storage, and installation. You won’t need to chase a single delivery or wonder what’s next. We’ve got it.

You schedule your Vision Aligment Call and if we are the right fit for each other, we meet and map it out. Before floor plans or finishes, we look at who you are, who you serve, and what you want people to feel.
2. GET A CUSTOM PROPOSAL
You’ll receive a custom proposal designed around your style, needs, and goals.
3. We design the experience.
Every element — layout, flow, materiality, lighting — is crafted to reflect your identity and support your business goals.
